| Symptoms: | Painless buccal swelling. |
| Status, palpation: | Firm, bluish mass in the right cheek. |

| Management: | Surgery, sometimes followed by radiotherapy. |
| Follow-up: | Life-long. Late metastatic growth (after 5-10 years) especially in the lungs. |
