Diagnosis: Buccal cancer. T2N0M0.
Anamnesis: Smoker with a a swelling of the right cheek for the past 6-8 weeks.
Symptoms: Swollen cheek, pain when masticating.
Status, palpation: Exophytic, white lobulated firm tumour, 35 x 38 x 20 mm.

Cytology:  
Histology: Squamous cell carcinoma.
Management: Full course irradiation 66 Gy.
Follow-up: No recurrence. Followed-up semi-annually for five years.
