Diagnosis: Cancer of the lower gingiva. T3N0M0.
Anamnesis: Lower denture badly fitting the past 2-3 months.
Symptoms: Pain when masticating.
Status, palpation: When the denture is removed a 45 x 10 x 10 mm tumor is found at the alveolus ridge.

Cytology:  
Histology: Squamous cell carcinoma.
Management: Resection including underlying cortical bone.
Follow-up: First year: Every third month. Second - fifth years: Semi-annually.
Radiography: No bone destruction.
