Diagnosis: Squamous papilloma of the tongue
Anamnesis: Photo before treatment
Symptoms: Lesion on the tongue, which according to the patient has been there unchanged for 5-6 years. Was observed by the dentist, who referred the patient for periodontic treatment. Referred in turn to the hospital.
Status, palpation: On the top of the tongue to the left of the midline there is a 7 mm large verrucous new tissue with a stem, displacable from underlying tissue.
